Four years to investigate an open and shut case of a man that froze to death on a site in Scotland. Another four years to investigate an overturned excavator. And six years (and counting) to investigate the Didcot Disaster in which four demolition men were killed.
So is the Health and Safety Executive actually fit for purpose any longer?
