The time-travelling demolition man - Part 4

The toothlessness of modern-day trade unions and a forty-five year old political development are a shock too many for our visitor from the past.

It has been several months since we plucked Bob – our time-travelling demolition man – from 1974 and deposited him on a modern demolition site.   And this is the first time he has requested a meeting.

It is hard to get a read on just what’s bothering him when he arrives.   He is sporting an expression that seems to flit between confusion, anger, exasperation and suspicion.
